HEALTHY SKIN TIPS: diet + nutrition tips for clearer skin (science-backed)
Healthy Skin February 26th. 2020, 7:05pmHealthy skin comes from within. In this video, which is the first part of a two-part healthy skin series, I will talk about specific nutrition and diet tips for healthy skin. These are tips I follow personally and they are all science-backed as well.
I hope these tips help you achieve clearer, glowing and more radiant skin. If you have any major skin issues though such as eczema, psoriasis, etc. it is always a good idea with work with both a dermatologist and an integrative medicine practitioner to get to the root of the issue.
The tips in this video are geared towards reducing acne, breakouts and skin redness as well as reducing the signs of premature aging.

I've had a healthy balanced diet for awhile now and my skin is still not like it used to be. Im pretty sure I have some hormonal issues due to my depo shot and smoking nicotine. Maybe not drinking enough water. Also just getting rid of toxins in my body through working out would probably help me a ton. I'm going to try getting rid of dairy just in case that's what's causing my worse skin.. I added a zinc supplement to my daily vitamins and I'm thinking of getting evening primrose in case its a hormone reason. I clean for work right now and I notice the chemicals really effect me as well but that's why I bought some natural cleaning supplies to see if it'd help. My skins been better since I added hyaluronic acid serum and aloe vera, but its mostly near my neck, jawline, and around my mouth which is rare for me.
