We Indians like every thing natural. Natural skin tone, natural food, natural smile. Even our classical Indian music which is called ‘Rag' or ragas are derived and composed from nature. Our Gods are accompanied by animal ‘ bahan’ such as goddess of knowledge Devi swaraswati accompanied by her bahan swam. I'm from iran🇮🇷 and well, it's not like girls are all covered up, although we should cover the hair but we usually don't cover it completely, and we don't have to cover our face. yes many girls like to get a nose job. But it seems really ridiculous to wear bandages while there is no need for them, and most of us never do that, although about 2 years ago some girls did, it is not accepted and as far as I know no one does it anymore.
