What’s involved in a PRP with Fillers?
The PRP with Fillers procedure is used in conjunction with Juvederm and or Restylane two common fillers to erase wrinkles. Blood is drawn from a patient’s arm, and the platelets are spun out using a Selphyl-brand centrifuge. It’s this “platelet-rich fibrin matrix” that is then injected. This procedure is used to enhance the face and specifically the cheeks, smile lines, forehead and crow’s feet.
Dr. Nassif’s surgical team combines Hyaluronic acid fillers (HA) with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), in a way which produces a beautiful results.
